SUNSET TOUR: $45
- Relaxing evening for all abilities
- 2 hour (2-5 miles of paddling)
- Learn about the local lobster industry, and history of the area
- Spot wildlife among calm water
- You are welcome to bring your own snacks, as none will be provided
- This will only be a private tour if no other guests have booked it for the evening, otherwise you will paddle with a small group of similar abilities
Group Tour: $50 per person
HALF-DAY TOUR: $70+
- 15-30 minute intro to sea kayak paddling
- 4 hour trip, varying between paddling & scenic stops
- Take a snack break on an island (granola bar provided, feel free to pack more)
- A good intro to the Stonington archipelago for any paddler
- Learn about the history, wildlife, and local culture of the area
Private: $150 ($75 each additional person); Group Tour: $75 per person
FULL-DAY TOUR: $200
- 8 hour adventure with lots of paddling, broken up with scenic stops
- Visit multiple different, remote islands
- Learn about the history, wildlife, and local culture of the Stonington archipelago
- Includes a small snack but please bring enough food & water to last the day
- Mainly private group tours available, with limited options for group tours available.
Private : $250 first person ($200 each additional person); Group Tour: $140 per person
CAMPING TOUR: $305
- Kayak out to an island and then spend the night
- Meals and camping gear not provided
- Guide will provide lessons in packing kayaks, paddling, and setting up camp
- Enjoy an informative tour to nearby islands before retiring for the night
- Only private group tours available (you determine who joins your tour)
Private Group: $350 per person ($300 each additional person)
PRIVATE LESSONS: $150+
- Guide will create a custom lesson based on abilities and what you are looking to learn
- The Stonington archipelago provides a unique playground for learning new skills
- Popular topics will be covered, including: paddle technique, safety, navigation
- All kayak & safety gear provided: appropriate sea kayak (option to use your own, but please discuss this ahead of time), dry bags, charts & waterproof maps, compass, skirt, tow rope, bilge pump, drinking water (bottles available for purchase or option to bring your own), follow-up recommendations & support from guide via email. All lesson material is American Canoe Association accredited, our instructors are certified ACA Level 3 instructors.
Half-day Lesson: $150 per person
Full Day Lesson: $250 per person

- Safety & emergency gear
- Wetsuits (if needed for the conditions)
- Drinking water (bottles available for purchase, or bring your own, but water is for refilling as we do not provide the bottles)

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
As Osprey’s Echo we make every effort to deliver on our promise of a wonderful trip, but there may be times when either your guide (for reasons of extreme weather) or you will want to consider cancellation. Therefore, we offer the following policy:
We offer a full refund of all money paid if you cancel a tour, rental or lesson booking more than two days (48 hours) in advance.
If you must cancel within 48 hours we will offer a 50% refund of your up front payment. For cancellations on the day of the trip, we will not be able to offer a refund.
CANCELLING DUE TO WEATHER
You will have the option of receiving a full refund if your trip is canceled by your guide due to weather conditions. We will make these decisions either on the day or your trip or the day prior. We usually do not cancel tours due to overcast skies or scattered showers (the seas are often especially calm and pleasant during these conditions), but we do cancel when winds are too strong, or when thunderstorms appear likely. We will call you if we cancel your trip and we will first try to reschedule at your convenience. Of course, if this is not possible, we will a full refund.
COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS
During our 2021 & 2022 seasons we will offer a full refund if you must cancel a reservation if anyone in your party has been tested positive, exhibiting systems, or been exposed to covid-19.
